H.E. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Chairman of the African Union, addressed the first Russia-Africa Economic Forum. President el-Sisi invited President Putin and African leaders to the inaugural meeting of the Aswan Forum for Sustainable Peace and Development.
